ANDREW JOLLEY

 

Since first starting as a trainee surveyor in 1972 in Manchester, Andrew has continued his career in the property business throughout and is still enjoying it as much now as when he first started. With over 40 years in Estate Agency / Surveying he has gained wide experience in many aspects of the business from land agency and property development to valuations and property sales for both commercial and residential buildings. The scope of the locations and areas he has reviewed over this time covers the many sides of the diverse local market that we have across the south of Manchester, Cheshire, West Derbyshire and across to North Wales.

 

A keen sportsman having played rugby and cricket locally for many years and turning his hand to most sports, he now enjoys the outdoors with a keen interest in conservation and rural life. His other interests have recently turned to the amateur stage playing several leading rolls at the Brookdale Theatre in Bramhall and supporting his wife Sally’s operatic performances and her choir ‘Just Sing’ in Poynton. A born animal lover he has seldom been without a trusty Golden Retriever by his side.

 


 

CHRIS JOLLEY MA ENG

 

In 2007 Chris graduated with a masters degree in design engineering from Glasgow university. He went on to develop ideas taken from his course to build his own retail business, which he continued to run for several years. In July 2013 Chris joined Jolley & Co. In search of a new project, he also found himself in demand from his brother and father to join the family firm, making the decision a ‘no brainer’. Chris has since relished the opportunity to introduce his skills in business and design to manage the company’s growth. He is now enjoying his creative roll in charge of the production of property media at Jolley & Co.

 

Outside of work Chris is a keen footballer and a singer-songwriter. You can often find him performing his songs at local bars over the weekend, but does he have the X-Factor? Well… the jury’s out!

ELAINE PROUDFOOT

 

Having worked for Jolley & Co many years ago, Elaine re-joined the company in 2014 and has extensive local property knowledge from both living and working within the area.

 

Elaine covers all aspects of administration and sales negotiation within our office. With a varied and extensive customer service, sales and administrative background she will be there to greet you from your initial line of enquiry and guide you through the selling process, working hard to match prospective clients to your property and taking pride in keeping you fully informed at all stages of your sale through to completion.

 

With a good sense of humour, an enthusiastic team player and the ability to keep calm and offer reassurance, she recognises the value of building strong vendor / purchaser relationships by providing a friendly and approachable service and always being prepared to go the extra mile to exceed client’s expectations.

 

In her spare time, Elaine can usually be seen out walking with her dogs Marley and Frisk and loves to dine out with friends and enjoys a good film at the cinema.
