Location Map - Dove Holes

Dove Holes is located high up in White Peak, a dramatic landscape within the heart of the Peak District national park. There is an active and lively village community founded around the workers of the busy limestone quarries found locally. Subsequently the village it carries a life within it that some of the surrounding areas often lack!

The main historical interest here is the Bull Ring, a Stone Aged Henge monument that is one of the villages crowning features. While the area has its own basic shops the towns of Buxton and Chapel-en-le-frith are located just a few miles in opposing direction.
